Job summary

MRC Global US Inc is seeking a Sales & Service Representative to deliver B2B customer service through the PVF order process. You will create quotes, process orders, and resolve issues while advancing safety, gross margin growth, and performance.

The role involves sourcing products, building profitable quotes, driving sales opportunities, using company systems to manage quotes and POs, and coordinating with suppliers to meet delivery schedules and customer needs.

Qualifications

1+ year in a dedicated customer-facing role, inside sales, and/or warehouse services.
Post-secondary education including Technical/Trade School, associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in industrial or sales.
Must have a current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable record at all times.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests for quotes by sourcing products from inventory or externally.
Build quotes that create value for the customer and profitability for MRC Global.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to contribute to sales growth.
Use company systems to create quotes, locate products, process orders, and manage POs.
Ensure on-time shipping/delivery status and communicate updates to customers.
