Job summary

MRC Global Inc. seeks a Sales & Service Representative to manage B2B customer interactions, create quotes, process orders, and resolve issues across PVF product lines.

You will build value-driven quotes and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer needs while supporting safety, gross margin growth, and operational performance. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate internal systems to source products, track orders, and ensure timely

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a dedicated customer-facing role, inside sales, and/or warehouse services.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable record at all times.
• Ability to use computers and software applications; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for quotes by sourcing products from inventory or purchasing externally.
• Build quotes that create value for the customer and profitability for MRC Global.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to contribute to sales growth.
• Utilize MRC Global systems to create quotes, locate products, process orders, and manage POs; handle special invoicing needs.
• Verify on-time shipping/delivery status and communicate with customers.
