Job summary

Paceline, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to own the Paceline PVA production machinery. You will run, maintain and improve equipment, and write the work instructions and maintenance plans, leading troubleshooting efforts and driving continuous improvement across department operations.

This is a hands-on engineering role with technical leadership responsibility, mentoring operators and coordinating with Quality, Engineering and EHS to hit safety, quality and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience building and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Own production machinery, ensuring safe, reliable operation and meeting schedules.
• Write and maintain standard work instructions, SOPs and setup guides.
• Build and manage preventive maintenance plans and track completion.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and 5S.
• Lead and mentor technicians and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
