Job summary

Sage Ag Inc. is seeking a PV & V Coordinator – Harvest & Hay Products to support verification and validation activities across Harvest and Hay product lines.

This role blends field test support with project coordination, reporting, and management of connected equipment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically capable, and comfortable moving between data work and hands-on field environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with agricultural equipment, field testing, and PV&V is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret diagnostics and coordinate resolutions.
• Experience with project tracking and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel for field testing and site locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support reporting and performance metrics for Harvest and Hay PV&V activities.
• Manage project creation, tracking, and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with PV&V Planning SMEs to promote consistent reporting across product lines.
• Identify and implement AI and emerging tech to improve reporting efficiency.
• Manage connected-equipment activities for field test operations.
• Provide hands-on field test support and scheduling coverage.
• Travel to field test locations and coordinate field site planning.
• Ensure safety procedures during field testing.
