Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role will coordinate inspections, schedules, and deliverables for O&M projects in the PV solar sector.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in IT/ERP/CMMS settings and PV solar industry experience, with strong Excel and communication skills. Topics include vendor QA/QC, progress tracking, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within an IT or related organization.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and performing a range of activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders regarding O&M projects.
QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
Ensure the Aerial IR reports are being delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner and corrective actions are scheduled accordingly.
Compare the findings from the Aerial IR reports with the performance data and internal analytical tools and provide feedback to analysts or to aerial vendors.
Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance in conjunction with the aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
