Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting GxP-regulated computerized systems within pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience using SQL for reporting or data extraction.
• Experience supporting system administration, user provisioning, data maintenance, and help desk processes.
• Experience supporting global users and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for pharmacovigilance system users, including ticket triage and training coordination.
• Maintain PV system data, including product dictionaries and related records.
• Execute SQL queries and reports, support validation activities, and dashboard monitoring.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve system issues and support operations.
• Maintain PV documentation and records per procedures and regulatory requirements.
