Job summary

Cavender’s Wilmer distribution facility seeks a Put Away / Stocking Supervisor to oversee daily put away and stocking operations, ensuring fast, accurate movement from receiving to correct locations. You’ll train associates, enforce SOPs, and keep pace with inbound flow to prevent backlogs.

You will lead a team, monitor location accuracy, and collaborate with receiving and picking teams to ensure continuous product flow. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and coaching for performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong understanding of put away, location management, and warehouse processes.
• Ability to lead teams, provide training, and manage performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Embody Cavender's Culture and lead put away and stocking operations.
• Supervise daily put away and stocking activities with accuracy and urgency.
• Train and develop associates, coaching for growth and safety.
• Ensure location accuracy and timely put away of received merchandise.
• Manage scheduling and workload against receiving volume and backlog.
• Validate location accuracy against system records and resolve discrepancies.
