Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Director of Distribution Operations to lead the Wilmer distribution center and shape long-term strategy for retail distribution, e-commerce, and omni-channel fulfillment. You will drive design, automation, and performance, partnering with E-commerce, Merchandising, IT, Store Ops, Finance, and other leaders.

The role requires engineering leadership, financial discipline, and a track record of scaling distribution networks while improving service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Industrial Engineering strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations within the Wilmer distribution center, including receiving, inventory management, retail and e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, returns, and related customer service interfaces.
