Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking an MS Purview AI & Data Protection Engineer to design, implement, and maintain DLP and information protection programs. The role focuses on Microsoft Purview, AI governance, and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, PIPL as applicable).

You will collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to ensure data handling standards for AI-enabled workflows, while supporting audits and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/INFO security.
• Hands-on experience with one or more DLP products (e.g., Purview DLP, Symantec/DLP, Forcepoint, Netskope).
• Expertise with Microsoft Purview including sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, information protection, and compliance features.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain DLP policies across endpoints, email, cloud storage, and SaaS.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Purview including retention policies and compliance assessments.
• Establish data protection guardrails for AI tools like Copilot and Claude; monitor and remediate incidents.
