Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Information Protection & AI Security Engineer to lead data protection, AI governance, and insider risk initiatives in a highly regulated financial services environment. You will implement and optimize Microsoft Purview capabilities, AI security guardrails, and insider threat detection controls across enterprise data.

The role requires extensive experience with Purview Information Protection, DLP, insider risk management, and data classification, plus building

Qualifications

8+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise security engineering.
5+ years hands-on Microsoft Purview experience.
Experience configuring Purview components: Information Protection, DLP, governance, and sensitivity labels.
Experience building insider threat detection and data exfiltration policies.

Responsibilities

Support data protection, AI governance, and insider risk within a regulated financial services environment.
Implement and optimize Microsoft Purview, AI guardrails, and insider threat controls.
Work with Purview Protection, DLP, Insider Risk Management, and data classification capabilities.
Develop security dashboards, runbooks, and operational documentation using PowerShell, Graph API, and KQL.
Collaborate with Security Operations, Incident Response, Compliance, and engineering teams.
