Job summary

Dibble Engineering is seeking an experienced Pursuit Specialist or Senior Pursuit Specialist to join the Marketing Team. You will collaborate with technical staff and business development to craft high-quality proposals and SOQs, ensuring solicitation requirements are met and submitted on time.

The role involves tracking pursuit efforts, coordinating with multiple departments, and supporting pre-positioning and win strategies.

Qualifications

• A.S. or B.S. in English, Technical Communications, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
• 5 -10 years of proposal development, production, and delivery with skill sets in technical writing and/or marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license or be able to obtain a valid driver's license within 3 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and SOQs, ensuring solicitation requirements are met and submitted on time.
• Track pursuit efforts through proposal development and communicate with departments to ensure timely submittals.
• Collaborate with project teams in multiple locations and coordinate with marketing.
• Assist with pre-positioning efforts and develop win strategies with pursuit teams.
• Lead interview preparation and create supporting presentation media (PPT, boards).
• Maintain organized filing system for proposals and CRM databases.
