Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Pursuit Coordinator to support the development and delivery of qualifications, proposals, and interview materials across markets from our Wichita, KS office. You will assist Pursuit Specialists by managing overflow, coordinating proposal logistics, and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of proposal experience within the A/E/C industry (preferred).
• Grant writing or proposal writing experience for engineering, construction, architecture, or consulting preferred.
• Strong writing background.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pursuit Specialists in preparing LOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and SOQs.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, meetings, deadlines, and action items.
• Draft and edit non-technical proposal sections such as resumes, project descriptions, and company overviews.
• Maintain and update proposal documentation and organize archives.
• Collaborate with Creative Specialist to ensure visual consistency and branding.
