Job summary

SWCA, Incorporated is seeking a Pursuit Graphic Designer to transform complex information into clear, compelling visuals for proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with a national team across water resources, energy, habitat restoration, and cultural resources to tell a persuasive story that wins work.

You will design infographics, data visuals, maps, and long-form documents while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communication.
• 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with proposals or business development materials.
• Ability to collaborate with pursuit teams and technical experts.
• Experience designing long-form documents and complex layouts.
• Proficient in Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop on Windows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion for pursuit materials.
• Create infographics, maps, diagrams, data visualizations, and other visuals for proposals.
• Partner with proposal, marketing, and technical teams to craft strategic visuals.
• Maintain SWCA's library of proposal graphics and templates with brand consistency.
• Manage schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
