Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Pursuit Graphic Designer to transform complex information into clear, persuasive visuals for proposals and client presentations. You’ll work with a national team of proposal professionals and technical experts to tell compelling stories that win work.

Responsibilities include creating graphics, infographics, maps, and layouts; maintaining brand consistency across materials; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with proposals or presentations.
Ability to collaborate with pursuit teams and subject matter experts to solve complex communication challenges.
Experience designing long-form documents and complex layouts.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, imagery and layout.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Familiarity with print production and digital publishing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead design processes from conception to completion for pursuits and proposals.
Create graphics, infographics, maps, diagrams, data visualizations, and other visual assets.
Collaborate with proposal, marketing, and technical teams to develop strategic visual solutions.
Maintain and evolve library of proposal graphics and templates.
Ensure brand consistency across client-facing materials.
