Job summary

STV is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our National Water Team. This hybrid role blends visual storytelling with proposal design to win meaningful infrastructure projects nationwide, with office options in Frisco, TX; Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Charlotte, NC.

You will transform complex technical content into clear, persuasive visuals, collaborating with marketing and technical staff across time zones to deliver proposals, qualifications, interviews, and pursuit materials on

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience in AEC or related fields.
• Portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, information design, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills for proposals and presentations.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive visuals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Design proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and other pursuit materials.
• Translate strategy and technical content into clear visual stories.
• Develop layouts that strengthen messages and readability.
• Create custom graphics, infographics, diagrams, and org charts.
• Prepare and refine client presentations for interviews and meetings.
• Coordinate content, track inputs, and maintain document consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams through production to delivery.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ensure materials align with STV brand standards and elevate design.
• Improve templates, workflows, and practical design solutions.
• Organize graphic assets and follow CMS best practices.
• Serve as design SME to pursuit teams on best practices and Adobe tools.
• Support marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.
