About the opportunity

Do you love turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that help win work?

Working across pursuits in water resources and energy and infrastructure to habitat restoration and cultural resources, you’ll use your creative expertise to help clients quickly understand our approach, trust our expertise, and recognize why SWCA is the right partner for their project.

Your work may include infographics, data visualizations, proposal layouts, organizational graphics, process diagrams, maps, interview client presentations, or interactive marketing materials. Whether you’re simplifying a complicated technical approach, highlighting the experience of a project team, or helping bring a win strategy to life, your design work will help make our proposals easier to understand, more memorable, and more competitive.

The role is a full-time position reporting to the Creative Services Manager. We offer flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid capacity, or from an SWCA office. Candidates residing in the Midwest region are preferred, though qualified applicants from other locations will be considered.
