Job summary

STV, a national water-focused firm, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the National Water Team in a hybrid role (3 days in office). Offices include Frisco, Fort Worth, Dallas, or Charlotte, NC.

You will craft compelling proposals, graphics, and presentations to boost pursuit success across nationwide projects. The role blends design craft with proposal coordination, transforming complex content into persuasive visuals while coordinating deliverables and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Experience designing proposals, presentations, and other deadline-driven materials.
• A portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, information design, presentations, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and pursuit-related materials.
• Translate strategy and technical content into clear visual stories.
• Develop layouts that strengthen messages, readability, and client experience.
• Create custom graphics, infographics, diagrams, and charts.
• Prepare and refine presentations for client interviews and meetings.
• Support the proposal process by organizing content and tracking inputs.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams from concept to delivery.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ensure materials align with STV brand standards and elevate design.
• Improve templates, workflows, and practical design solutions.
• Organize graphic assets and follow content-management best practices.
• Serve as a graphic design SME to pursuit teams and Adobe Creative Suite guidance.
• Support occasional marketing initiatives and special projects.
