Job summary

Thrivent seeks a Financial Advisor to build a client-focused practice. You’ll start with up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain state licenses and FINRA registrations, then operate under a commission-based income model with Thrivent support.

You will develop relationships, provide tailored advice, and host workshops, helping clients save, invest and protect their financial well-being while serving faith-based communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses where applicable.
• Background check and registrations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable, and achievable financial advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across generations based on trust.
