Job summary

Thrivent is seeking financial advisors to provide purpose-based advice and help clients build financial well-being through investments, insurance and banking products.

You’ll begin with up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain state licenses and pass FINRA registrations, then build your own practice with commission-based earnings and incentives, supported by Thrivent’s resources and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding.
