Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a Financial Advisor to build a practice that helps Christians achieve financial clarity and generosity. You will provide client-centered advice and connect clients with Thrivent products spanning investments, insurance, banking and generosity programs.

You'll develop lasting relationships, deliver award-winning workshops, and leverage Thrivent's support network to grow your business while maintaining work-life balance within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses required if licensed role.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and registrations/licensing verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term relationships across generations built on trust.
• Schedule client appointments, deliver workshops and market your practice.
