Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check and securities licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term relationships based on trust and understanding in your community.
• Schedule client appointments, deliver workshops and market your practice.
• Maintain a collaborative culture with support from specialists across the organization.
