Job summary

The position requires strong Excel and ERP Visions experience and collaboration with staff and vendors. The successful candidate will maintain purchasing records, assist with reporting, and help train staff on purchasing processes and Visions

Qualifications

• Knowledge of School ERP Pro (Visions) accounting software for purchasing.
• NM Public Education Department Uniform Chart of Accounts familiarity.
• Modern office procedures and equipment including computers and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders according to guidelines and procedures.
• Be a point of contact with vendors and set up new vendor accounts.
• Organize and maintain purchasing records, forms and documents; prepare reports.
• Enter requisitions and troubleshoot purchasing questions.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets to track purchasing information.
• Prepare 1099 tax forms for vendors and IRS reporting.
