Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or purchasing preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and hoteliers with purchase issues and coordinate solutions.
• Negotiate and coordinate mutually acceptable solutions between members, hoteliers, suppliers, and other parties.
• Track shipments, process product returns, and follow up on freight billing and claims.
• Interface with internal and external contacts including members, suppliers, freight carriers, accounting, sales, and purchasing staff.
• Respond to inquiries on products or orders and handle payment issues and member credits as needed.
• Generate, edit, initiate, or respond to correspondence and maintain files and records.
