Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage order processing for a defined customer group, resolve inquiries, and drive logistics improvements. You will collaborate across teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in order management or logistics, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment and customer service processes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and detect causes of logistics problems.
• Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
• Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader or Professionals.
• Ensure services delivered align with defined quality standards and processes.
