Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication; adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Process PO entry and supplier communications; manage POs.
• Set up vendors and maintain vendor documentation.
• Create subcontracts, change orders, COIs, lien waivers.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on issues and data.
