Responsibilities

• Process and record a high volume of emailed order confirmations, shipping estimates, and PO tracking.
• Answer inbound calls from vendors and suppliers.
• Research and resolve issues with open purchase orders.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain status, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Communicate status or issues with internal sales teams.
