Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or APEX in purchasing.
• Knowledge of inventory control, logistics and procurement best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company goals using ERP systems.
• Manage vendor communications to negotiate prices, contracts, delivery schedules, and SLAs.
• Process purchase orders with accuracy using purchasing systems.
• Analyze supplier performance and procurement metrics via Excel.
• Maintain contracts, POs, and vendor records per standards.
