HireArt is helping our client find a Purchasing and Inventory Specialist to join its team.

In this role, you will be critical to ensuring that test vehicle builds are completed on time by purchasing and tracking components across multiple sites where builds are conducted.

Responsibilities

1. Work with Engineering, Technical Operations, and Procurement to enter purchase requisitions for approximately 700 parts on the Bill of Materials.
2. Track delivery status of ordered components and inventory across multiple locations.
3. Report regularly on order status, shipping, delivery, and inventory levels.
4. Work onsite at the Sunnyvale, California office.
5. Troubleshoot ordering and delivery issues as they arise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of purchasing or inventory tracking experience
• Ability to handle detailed data entry and parts tracking effectively
• Strong communication skills to relay accurate status updates and issues

Nice-to-Have Skills

• 2 or more years in a technical school or related experience
