Position Description:

Ceribell is seeking an Inventory/Material Specialist. We want a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Inventory/Material Specialist will handle material movements within warehouse operations, including kitting, receiving, and fulfillment. The role may also support manufacturing tasks such as inspecting and testing electromechanical subassemblies. The specialist will contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse operations, quality processes, and operational documentation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain company assets necessary for job functions.
  2. Handle raw material movement from warehouse to production.
  3. Move, load, store, and retrieve materials, supplies, and raw stock.
  4. Coordinate part disposition, scrapping, and archiving.
  5. Ensure subassemblies are correctly transacted on Manufacturing Work Orders (WO's) and tracked in NetSuite ERP.
  6. Update part categorization for ABC stock analysis and maintain count sheets for cycle counts.
  7. Package materials properly for shipment.
  8. Process materials for customer shipment.
  9. Maintain clean workspaces following good manufacturing practices.
  10. Follow safety and quality system requirements.
  11. Provide feedback for warehouse process improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized with diligent documentation skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ERP databases, and technology tools.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work with a diverse workforce.
  • Creative problem solver and strong communicator.
  • Flexible to work in various warehouse and manufacturing areas as needed.
  • Minimum height requirement: 5'4".
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation Range: $47,000—$60,000 USD
