Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or a related field.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor communications, inventory management, or supply chain processes.
• Experience using ERP systems, purchasing software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor information, and inventory data within purchasing and ERP systems.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs.
• Resolve routine purchasing and supplier issues while supporting cost‑control and process improvement initiatives.
