F&S PRODUCE WEST LLC is seeking a Purchasing Assistant at our Sacramento, CA facility to support daily purchasing and warehouse operations. You will maintain records, process purchase orders, and keep materials available to meet needs.

Strong organization, Excel skills, and clear communication are essential. The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and good verbal/written communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of purchasing or office administrative experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
• Good verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily administrative support, including answering calls, filing, and recordkeeping.
• Enter, update, and close purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain product specifications, vendor files, and regulatory documents.
• Assist with inventory counts, tracking supplies, and placing replenishment orders.
• Update warehouse inventory and purchasing cost spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with managers and other departments to support daily operations.
