Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Excel and Word, and ability to learn new systems quickly (DFS IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).
• Knowledge of trucking industry; fleet maintenance or transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, show initiative, and complete projects with creativity.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service, representing the company with a positive image.
• Answering phone calls and emails to address purchasing needs within the organization.
• Data entry and entering pertinent information with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with technicians and managers on repairs performed and parts used to obtain information and verify invoices.
• Gather paperwork and upload into system for records; create weekly and monthly department reports.
• Handle incoming correspondence and direct tasks with vendors and CAMFS technicians promptly.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to CAMFS priorities and initiatives.
