Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking an Entry Level Purchasing Assistant for our New Port Richey office. The role focuses on creating and tracking purchase orders, data entry, invoicing, and coordinating with vendors.

You will be cross-trained with other departments as needed to support operations. Requirements include experience with deliveries, strong Excel skills, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving and recording deliveries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Clear and professional communication over phone, in person and in writing.
• Must be a team player and willing to help others.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace with tight deadlines.
