Position Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Lead weekly distributor meeting
2. Respond to shared inbox in a timely manner
3. Manage daily interactions with foodservice distributors
4. Resolve restaurant / operations questions and issues
5. Track and communicate inventory of item transitions, deletions and tests on a weekly and ad hoc basis
6. Communicate and monitor the set-up of all new items at our distribution centers as required
7. Track and communicate usage and inventories of item transitions and deletions
8. Review distributor order guides for price and product accuracy
9. Develop distributor KPIs and evaluation process to ensure service levels are met
10. Manage new restaurant list and communication from a Supply Chain standpoint
11. Manage New Store Opening report and work with other pertinent departments to ensure new store coke, chemical and training orders are delivered on time
12. Single point of communication to the distribution network regarding Dickey’s
13. Assist in coordinating and managing corporate and franchisee product tests, including creating survey questions and compiling survey results for executive review
14. Communicate distribution information to all key personnel
15. Maintain distributor files and contracts
16. Potential opportunity to manage spend for select food items
17. Complete monthly rebate payouts and work with Ops Services and Store Finance to ensure the audits and resolutions are complete before payout deadline
18. Manage daily distributor checklist: out of stocks, substitutes, proprietary inventory review, and item transitions
19. Manage ArrowStream team and keep data up to date to ensure the purchasing department can efficiently and effectively use the technology program
20. Attend weekly projects meeting and manage cross-department projects and deliverables
21. Provide positive collaboration with other departments on all projects and deliverables
22. Maintain knowledge and continue education of supply chain industry practices and purchasing vendor solutions
23. Maintain vendor contract files to ensure they are organized and in compliance for auditor purposes
24. Lead annual holiday commitment process and compile commitments for distributor and vendor ordering
25. Manage annual holiday promotion inventory planning to ensure all distribution centers have sufficient inventory and that all product is requisitioned in accordance with owner commitments
