Job Title: Materials Procurement Coordinator V

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15272 (Remote options available based on candidate)

Contract Duration: May 27, 2025, to November 30, 2025, with a possibility of extension

Job Description

The contingent associates do not need to work physically at the locations but are provided nearby sites for face-to-face support such as training, procurement, policy compliance, legal, and other issues that are better addressed locally and in person. Locations include:

• Pittsburgh, PA (Main Office)
• Cleveland, OH
• Strongsville, OH (near Cleveland)
• Loudon, TN (near Knoxville, address TBD)

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assist in preparing technical bid packages with internal customers
2. Prepare supplier service level agreements and commercial specifics
3. Create technical and commercial RFPs
4. Conduct/support pre-bid meetings with suppliers and internal teams
5. Respond to RFIs
6. Perform bid tabulations and negotiations
7. Coordinate with legal resources and assist in contract formulation
8. Follow-up post-contract with suppliers

Preferred qualifications:

• Engineering background
• Experience in coatings and paint industry
• CPSM/CPM certification
• Experience with large capital projects, processing coatings equipment, and construction
• Knowledge of liquid/powder processing equipment and material categories such as dispensing systems, mills, extruders, tanks, reactors, and automation controls
