Position Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead weekly distributor meeting
• Respond to shared inbox in a timely manner
• Manage daily interactions with foodservice distributors
• Resolve restaurant / operations questions and issues
• Track and communicate inventory of item transitions, deletions and tests on a weekly and ad hoc basis
• Communicate and monitor the set-up of all new items at our distribution centers as required
• Track and communicate usage and inventories of item transitions and deletions
• Review distributor order guides for price and product accuracy
• Develop distributor KPIs and evaluation process to ensure service levels are met
• Manage new restaurant list and communication from a Supply Chain standpoint
• Manage New Store Opening report and work with other pertinent departments to ensure new store coke, chemical and training orders are delivered on time.
• Single point of communication to the distribution network regarding Dickey’s
• Assist in coordinating and managing corporate and franchisee product tests, including, creating survey questions and compiling survey results for executive review
• Communicate distribution information to all key personnel
• Maintain distributor files and contracts
• Potential opportunity to manage spend for select food items
• Complete monthly rebate payouts and work with Ops Services and Store Finance to ensure the audits and resolutions are complete before payout deadline.
• Manage daily distributor checklist: out of stocks, substitutes, proprietary inventory review, and item transitions.
• Manage ArrowStream team and keep data up to date in order to ensure the purchasing department can efficiently and effectively use the technology program.
• Attend weekly projects meeting and manage cross department projects and deliverables.
• Provide positive collaboration with other departments on all projects and deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge and continue education of supply chain industry practices and purchasing vendor solutions.
• Maintain vendor contract files to ensure they are organized and in compliance for auditor purposes.
• Lead annual holiday commitment process and compile commitments for distributor and vendor ordering.
• Manage annual holiday promotion inventory planning to ensure all distribution centers have sufficient inventory and that all product is requisitioned in accordance with owner commitments.
