Description

ASMG, an affiliate of AnnieMac Home Mortgage, is seeking a Full-Time Home Purchase Coordinator. This role acts as the liaison between the buyer’s realtor, the buyer, ASMG, and AnnieMac Home Mortgage for purchase transactions involving the Cash Buyer and Buy Before you Sell programs.

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of real estate contracts and conveyance, with strong communication and educational skills. Responsibilities include engaging with buyers and realtors to ensure understanding of program requirements, such as earnest money deposits, appraisals, inspections, and specific obligations related to Buy Before You Sell, including permitting interior BPOs, executing contracts, and selling their home within 6 months.

The Home Purchase Coordinator will represent and protect ASMG’s interests in real estate transactions. The position is primarily remote, working 5 days a week, including 1-2 weekends, and involves promoting the programs within the real estate community and the company.

The key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining sales contract and lease templates
• Creating and updating Job Aids for the program
• Educating loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closers about the program and specific files
• Monitoring and reporting on program performance
• Facilitating real estate transactions and communicating proactively with all parties

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Appraisal, Real Estate, or Conveyance
• Knowledge of the residential real estate transaction lifecycle in one or more states
• Ability to communicate clearly and hold others accountable for successful transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, solution-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
• Strong client service skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and multitask

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• Managing multiple issues simultaneously
• Frequent interruptions to assist employees and clients
• Minimum 40-hour work week
• Availability by phone and email during scheduled hours
• Long hours sitting and using office equipment, which may cause muscle strain

Preferred hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
