Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business related field is desired.
• Demonstrated supplier management skills.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years in federal government contracting or procurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Costpoint experience is desirable.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and procurement of parts, materials, and services compliant with FAR/DFARS.
• Oversee the life cycle of a contract from planning to close-out.
• Post-award administration including monitor performance and processing modifications.
• Prepare RFPs, conduct bidders conferences, develop evaluation criteria.
• Create purchase orders with J&A to align with FAR/DFARS and DFARS.
• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive compliance with regulations.
• Support Small Business and Disadvantaged Plan goals.
