Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to department (update/distribute shift production report, track absences/occurrences, update calendars).
• Enter required data into computer system and retrieve it when requested.
• File department paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Perform production work as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality and safety.
• Follow company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and applicable laws/regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
