Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a detail‑oriented clerical technician to handle order data entry and accurate record maintenance. You will process orders, monitor purchase orders, and prepare reports while supporting monthly inventory tasks.
Ideal candidates have at least two years of clerical experience, fluent English communication, and strong computer/mathematical skills. This role requires self‑direction and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Primarily responsible for performing general clerical duties including order data entry and accurate record maintenance.
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a clerical position Ability to communicate (both speak and write) and comprehend English fluently Ability to fluently communicate both internally and externally in a timely and professional manner Must have proficient computer and math skills Self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative and sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment when needed and the ability to effectively multi-task Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to complete tasks while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to work unsupervised to complete all tasks
Follow all departmental and company safety policies and programs Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatory
Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently and 40 lbs occasionally. Ability to frequently move about the facility
