Duties:

Draft and issue POs/draft contract documents for approved purchases of basic indirect goods/services for The Star, AT&T Stadium & Merchandise Warehouse (DCM) facility, and for other locations as applicable

Primary/initial POC for all Star, AT&T Stadium, & DCM Supplier Risk time sensitive issues

Work directly with Accounting and IT staff on all P2P automation initiatives (Vendor Invoice Portal onboarding) and related issues

Draft and issue RFPs/RFQs for purchases/projects as applicable

Review all current site Procurement practices and recommend and implement any and all improvements to attain better TVO (Total Value of Ownership)

Maintain detailed inventory of all non-fixed (e.g., rolling stock) assets on site (and other sites as applicable) and coordinate replacement schedules with site management

Issue One Time Use credit cards for one-off purchases, and maintain recurring charges

Provide data gathering and other input for inclusion in larger strategic deals involving AT&T Stadium, DCM, The Star, and other locations

Participate in applicable organization-wide Strategic Sourcing actions per direction

Provide Procurement activity backup as necessary for all other locations during absence of others

Track supplier diversity metrics and support ongoing supplier diversity initiatives

Attend event and operational meetings and engage staff and vendors/contractors accordingly

Provide weekly updates to Management
