As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Media team located at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA, plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by utilizing cutting-edge marketing platforms and applications to achieve success in connecting with our customers and optimizing our business.

As a Media Buyer II at West Shore Home, you will contribute by optimizing TV media results through strategic media partnerships. You will report to the Media Manager and collaborate with Media Coordinators, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Creative teams.

What You’ll Contribute

• Focus on TV direct response advertising
• Maximize value from media partners and TV stations
• Analyze market avails and renegotiate as needed
• Prepare and plan annual schedules
• Create ACT cycles for underperforming markets, stations, and programs
• Conduct weekly optimization meetings via Zoom
• Maintain accurate TV expense data and budgets
• Ensure cost per lead efficiencies within your market

What It Takes To Succeed

• Experience in agency, media, or advertising sales (preferred)
