  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies in billing or orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing information.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining inventory management systems.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support departmental efforts in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledgeable in procurement processes and inventory management systems.
