Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years with oversight of contracts/subcontracts; FAR familiarity is highly preferred; Acumatica or similar software is a bonus.
• Credentials: Computer literacy and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Superior communication, problem-solving, data integrity, and commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor purchasing staff, fostering accountability and career progression.
• Interact with students respectfully and support their programmatic needs.
• Assist Administration Director with budget tracking and weekly interdepartmental meetings.
• Prepare and administer purchase orders, subcontracts, leases, and bids (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
• Develop a diverse vendor network, including small, veteran, minority, and women suppliers.
