Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in purchasing, accounting, public administration, or related field required.
• Five years of progressive purchasing and contracting experience with governmental/project coordination preferred.
• Paralegal/legal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures contracting processes follow policy and applicable laws.
• Gathers documentation, prepares drafts, tracks approvals and signatures.
• Creates contracts and amendments; maintains contract records.
• Participates in contract negotiations and support to departments.
