Job summary

Printfresh, located in Philadelphia, is hiring a Buying Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Production in PO management, inventory control, and vendor coordination. This full-time role will liaise with domestic and international vendors to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality products.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of production/operations experience, proficiency in Google Sheets and Shopify, and strong organization and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production and operations (fashion or home) roles preferred.
• Experience with production cycles, quality control, and fabric/material specs.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order (PO) management: write, track, and update POs with accurate pricing, dates, and quantities.
• Vendor and logistics coordination: liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to monitor timelines and deliveries.
• Inventory and data management: maintain product data in systems, set up SKUs and listings.
• Production and quality support: issue SMS POs and review TOPs to uphold quality standards.
• Team collaboration: work with internal teams and 3PL warehouse to align production schedules.
