Job summary

Printfresh in Philadelphia is seeking a Product Development and Production Coordinator to own PLM data hygiene, line lists, sample-review prep, and clean handoffs, while supporting the day-to-day mechanics of product development and production sourcing. This role keeps design data clean upstream so accurate product information flows to Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in design ops, PLM or product development coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and quick learner of new systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own PLM data hygiene, setup line lists, and BOM coordination.
• Coordinate tech packs, costings, and sample tracking through stages.
• Manage vendor communications, RFQs, quotes, and sampling schedules.
• Prepare sample reviews and ensure clean handoffs to design and downstream teams.
• Support compliance labeling, CPSIA tracking, and documentation.
