Job summary

Printfresh LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a highly organized Design Coordinator to support the design team throughout the seasonal product-development process. You will manage design information, samples, meetings and deliverables, maintain tech packs and presentations, and partner with Product Development, Technical Design, Print/CAD and Merchandising.

This role blends organizational rigor with creative collaboration in a fast-paced fashion setting, requiring a proactive, detail‑oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, Product Development or a related field preferred.
• Internship or 1–2 years of experience in apparel design, product development or design operations.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust as seasonal needs change.
• Proactive and comfortable following up with team members to keep work moving.
• Basic understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, trims and the product-development process.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with Asana, PLM or similar product-development systems is a plus.
• Collaborative, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal Design Coordination: support priorities, deliverables and deadlines.
• Set up and maintain seasonal design projects, calendars and task lists.
• Track outstanding design decisions and follow up with team members.
• Maintain design line plans, color documents and seasonal presentations.
• Organize shared design files for easy access.
