Job summary

Printfresh LLC in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Product Development & Production Sourcing Manager to lead products from concept through bulk production and delivery.

This role blends product focus, project management, and vendor partnership, coordinating design, technical design, merchandising, supply chain, and international vendors to ensure on-time, on-cost production that stays true to the original design.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product development, production, sourcing, or related roles in apparel or consumer products.
• Experience with international factories/vendors and end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Experience using Time & Action calendars and PLM/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to surface issues early.

Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle from proto to bulk readiness.
• Review tech packs, samples, materials, trims, and construction for quality and manufacturability.
• Partner with Design, Technical Design, and Merchandising to resolve questions before bulk.
• Manage costing throughout development with vendors and internal partners.
• Maintain accurate linesheets, product specs, fabric/trim standards, and PLM data.
• Own Time & Action calendar and coordinate cross-functional launches and milestones.
• Monitor production readiness, COAs, costs, sizes, colors, packaging, and ship dates.
• Identify risks early and develop corrective action with teams and vendors.
