Key duties include notifying discrepancies in writing, collaborating with sales staff, and updating records. Candidates should have 2+ years in CS or data entry, Office 365, English proficiency, and strong

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service or data entry role.
• Intermediate Office 365.
• Previous knowledge of IFS is a plus.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension).
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Mansioni

• Review customer purchase orders and compare information to the ERP system.
• Confirm orders in the company ERP with accuracy.
• Access customer portals to obtain latest revisions.
• Maintain and update electronic work instructions.
• Notify in writing any discrepancies and request any needed information.
• Collaborate with CSS and sales staff for support.
• Correct and modify inaccuracies in databases.
• Cross-train into other department areas.
• Support APP culture and follow the Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as directed by APP leadership.
